Video Footage Of Dave Mustaine Being Pelted With Rocks At Metal Fest Croatia, Dave Mustaine Hit With Rock---Legendary metal musician Dave Mustaine pelted with rocks on stage: Heavy metal band Megadeath fled from the stage at a gig in Croatia on Tuesday after they were pelted with bottles and rocks.
The rockers were performing at Metalfest 2012 but singer Dave Mustaine abandoned the show after he was hit in the head with a rock.
Missiles were thrown as chanting revelers called for fellow metal band W.A.S.P. to appear following unconfirmed rumors their frontman Blackie Lawless refused to perform at the event after falling out with Mustaine.
After Megadeth left the platform, a spokesman for the band took to the stage and told the audience, “Guys, Dave’s been hit in the head with a rock… I apologize. He’s been hit in the head.”
The crowd then launched further items at the spokesman prompting him to also leave the stage.
