After performing one of his songs during the concert, Bieber exited the stage and hit a glass partition, but decided to continue on with his performance despite the injury.

“It really hurt and I felt a little light-headed, but my adrenaline, I feel, pushed me through it and I performed the last song,” he told TMZ later that day. “After that I went backstage and immediately felt a little weak.”
The backstage footage of the special shows Bieber tumbling down the steps and several panicked aides rushing to the singer’s side.
His manager, Scooter Braun, says in the video that the “Boyfriend” singer was unconscious for four to five minutes after he fell.
The first part of the two-part special aired Wednesday, with the second chapter of “Justin Bieber: All Around the World” playing on Thursday.
