The pair are said to have signed $1 million deals to be the new faces of the brand.
Ray J, who is most famous for starring in Kim's notorious sex tape, is also known for his on-off relationship with the late Whitney Houston.
The pair were dating when she was found dead at 48 in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton on February 11.
The campaign was filmed at Ray J's LA home earlier this year and Sophie's presence there initially sparked rumours of romance.
Sophie told Global Grind: 'When my mother called me from Australia and asked me if I was leaving Whitney Houston's ex-boyfriend's house at 8:30 in the morning, I thought, "Wow, I finally made it in America!"
