Christopher Slate Threw Bricks At McDonalds, Christopher Slate McDonalds----Two men allegedly threw bricks through the window of a fast food restaurant in Murfreesboro because they were upset over the customer service they received after getting the wrong order.
Chris Slate and Sean Mosey were arrested Sunday and charged with vandalism over $1,000 and felony reckless endangerment. Mosey was also charged with public intoxication.
Chris Slate told police he and Mosey had ordered cheeseburgers at the McDonald’s and didn’t notice something was wrong with their order until they got home. “I mean they were $1.10 burgers.
We really didn’t care that much about $1.10 burgers,” Chris Slate said. Still, Slate said he and his friend went back to the restaurant to have the order corrected.
He claimed that is when a manager became angry with them. “We got cussed out and told to get the ‘F’ out of their line,” Slate said. The two left the restaurant and were upset at how they were treated. “We were ticked.
I mean ticked is an understatement. We hung out and drank more, and everything went down,” Slate said. He admitted the two came up with a plan to go back to the restaurant and did so at 3:00 a.m. Sunday.
