The tiny town - with a population of just 150 people - is located an hour and a half away from Washington D.C.
The couple was reportedly spotted at the Inn's restaurant, where the actress sported skinny jeans, sandals and a silk blouse. The couple enjoyed dinner together in the restaurant's garden.
The following day, they returned to New York City, where Blake was seen back on the set of "Gossip Girl."
