Mexican Mother Nine Babies, Nonuplets nine babies, Woman pregnant with nine kids debunked---Story of woman pregnant with nine kids debunked, An expecting mother came forward recently claiming she was pregnant with nine babies The babies – six girls and three boys – were supposedly due on May 20 When reporters in the woman's hometown investigated, however, they debunked the story as a hoax.

Who knows if Karla Vanessa Perez, currently eight months pregnant, will be offered a reality show for her soon-to-be increasing brood but perhaps some network executive should get on it.

The mother is set to deliver her nine babies on May 20th. She’ll be bringing her newborns home to meet her infant triplets and 4-year-old daughter, which before you bother counting, equals 13 children under the age of five. Let’s hope they like TV!

Karla currently resides in Coahuila, which just touches Texas. Her pregnancy did result from fertility treatments, much like how “Octomom” Nadya Suleman‘s doctor implanted 12 embryos expecting only one or a few to take. His license was revoked for such a practice and some experts now suggest using “single-embryo transfers,” especially since doing so does not hinder chances for pregnancy.

Should all hopefully go well on delivery day for Karla, her babies will officially be one of the world’s highest number of births as nonuplets. TLC probably already has the offer contracts ready.

Mexican woman Karla Vanessa Perez, had her hands full with her daughter and her newborn set of triplets last November. She didn’t expect to be pregnant with nine more babies the following year. All nine babies are currently living inside one womb.
The Mexican news station Televisa broke the news of the 32-year-old mother’s record-breaking multiple pregnancy this week.

In a video of a news broadcast, Karla appears remarkably calm considering what lies ahead. “Doctors tell me there are six girls and three boys,” the 32-year-old said. “It’s miraculous.”

Televisa confirmed that Karla underwent fertility treatments before her pregnancy, but didn’t provide any more details. Her doctors are now focusing on a healthy delivery. “I just hope that everything goes well,” she told the news station.
The condition of having multiple babies in one pregnancy poses serious risks to both mom and babies ranging from internal bleeding, heart problems, birth defects and fatalities.

Karla’s children are expected to arrive two months early, and will have to be placed in incubation until they are stable. She is scheduled for a C-section operation on May 20.

If everything goes well, the next challenge would be how to support and care, not only her nine newborns, but also her four other young kids. For now, they are living with her in-laws in Coahuila, Mexico, near the Texas border.

“My husband doesn’t make so much money as a tire fitter so I think we’re going to need extra help with hospital costs and everything,” she said in the interview. She’s hoping that sharing her story with the public will lead to some acts of generosity.

Better watch out, Kate Gosselin! Sounds like it might be time to hand over the "I had a whole mess of babies at once" crown: A woman in Mexico named Karla Vanessa Perez is reportedly pregnant with nine -- count 'em, nine! -- babies. Nine babies!!! Is there even a word for that??

Hey, there is: Nonuplets.

So Karla Vanessa Perez, who had fertility treatments, is expecting nonuplets on May 20. Whew! Good thing she sounds like the grounded type; when asked about possible names, she replied:

"It's very early to think of names for the babies. First I hope that everything goes well."

I hope so too, of course. And if the delivery is a success, it will go down as one of the the "highest multiple births ever recorded.

I can't even begin to imagine how Perez is feeling physically right now -- I'm still scarred by Gosselin's gruesome account of the final phases of her pregnancy with the septuplets. Which is why I don't fault the TV mom for her "glamorous" new look, incidentally. The physical torture that woman endured!! So what if she wants a spray tan? She earned it!)Perez is carrying six girls and three boys, which would be a pretty cool ratio (those brothers would have an awful lot on their plates, though, when it came to fending off boys and the like).

Personally, I think Kate Gosselin should take a proactive stance here and befriend Perez. Be a sort of mentor figure. There's enough room for both women in the spotlight! Imagine: Kate and Karla Plus 17. Throw a few more in and they'd even have the Duggars beat!
