Patricia Krentcil, 44, from New Jersey, was seen wearing a thigh-skimming strapless dress and heeled boots as she she partied at the XL Nightclub in New York during a drag queen-themed night.
One bystander told the New York Post that the stay-at-home, mother-of-five 'was stumbling drunk' and 'seemed incoherent', and a series of photographs from the party show her toppling over and exposing flashes of underwear as she danced on stage.
It's not the first time Mrs Krentcil, who once admitted that she topped up her tan 20 times a month, has caused a scene at the Midtown night spot.
Last August she was kicked off the stage by managers after is was claimed she shouted expletives at the audience, kicked over her wine glass, and even tried to 'attack' the drag queen hosting the event.
Some said Mrs Krentcil was so inebriated she fell over on the red carpet as she entered the venue.
'She showed up for the red carpet and fell over,' a source told the New York Post. 'She then got up and tried to attack the drag queen.'
Bianca del Rio, one of the hosts at XL, added: 'We asked her what she wanted to drink and she slurred: "I didn't put my kids in a tanning bed!"'
Ms Rio said staff had planned ahead in case things went awry during Mrs Krentcil's appearance.
'We came up with a code word earlier. It was "Christmas",' she said.
'After about five minutes, we were just screaming "Christmas", and security came and took her out.'
At the time Mrs Krentcil's husband Rich defended her behavior, stating: 'Maybe she overdid it. But she doesn’t go out much.. She got a little nervous, but she was just trying to have a good time.
