Kimberly Womack blood-alcohol level 0.108, Kimberly Womack did not like the burgers she had there before, Woman arrested for DUI after demanding free food at drive-up window---A woman, who caused a stir early Sunday morning when she drove up to a New Port Richey McDonald's demanding free food, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office.

About 6 a.m. Sunday, Kimberly Jean Womack, 7932 Putnam Circle, New Port Richey, entered the restaurant's drive-through at 7226 State Road 54 near Rowan Road. Womack, 34, demanded she get two free Big Macs because she wasn't happy with the hamburgers she received during a previous visit, deputies said. When an employee told her they only had breakfast items during the morning hours, Womack then insisted she receive free Egg McMuffins, according to the arrest report.

She refused to leave the window, causing the drive-through to back up. When deputies arrived, she told them her rights were being violated because they wouldn't give her free food, the report said.

The smell of alcohol was detected, according to the deputy, prompting a field sobriety test. Womack failed and registered a 0.108 blood alcohol content level, deputies said. Drivers are considered impaired if they register a .08 BAC.

Womack, who appeared unsteady on her feet and had glassy, bloodshot eyes, told deputies she took a Klonopin, which doctors prescribe to control seizures or treat panic disorder, and thought it was 4 a.m., the report said.

After failing the test, Womack told deputies it was "because I'm on those meds," according to the report.
